My experience was from May 31st to June 7th the location is excellent, the service is Excelsior, we had the front desk lady who name was Mrs. Melissa, excellent customer service person and really went out of her way to help us because we had several situations that came up two of them was my 86 year old parents who needed certain things( who wanted to be on the first floor near the lobby so they wouldn't have to walk so far) (wanted a king size bed so that they could sleep together) that wasn't bad but could be annoying hahaha!!! Thank you for treating my parents like your own. she was able to adapt and get things done for us even though it was my fault when I made the reservation. thank you so very much!!!!. The general manager or owner was there and I asked him to make some changes mainly these were suggestions because the hotel is excellent for what we needed it was safe, room was immaculately clean, and a very good night of sleep, didn't have a whole lot of noise from workers from children it was a very good Hotel. Thank you from the 86 year old parents at 65, 66 year old daughter
I had a very pleasant stay and was impressed with how comfortable and welcoming everything felt. The room was clean, spacious, and well laid out, making it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the overall cleanliness really stood out. Staff members were friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever I had a question or needed anything. Check-in was smooth, and the atmosphere felt calm and well managed. Breakfast was a nice bonus with good options, and the common areas were tidy and inviting. This stay exceeded my expectations and felt like great value for the price.
Was greeted very warmly by the attendant at 1am. The room was very clean and well taken care of although it is a little dated and could use an upgrade. Coffee was amazing and the staff were all very pleasant. If your paying with cash be ready to put down a $ 200 security deposit that is returned upon room verification and checkout. Oh yes,!!! Ohio has SMOKING ROOMS!!!

We arrived at the room to be surprised by the size cool temperature. The lobby smelled of smoke but the room didn't. The room was clean in spite of some stains, but for the price, it was better than expected. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. I would stay here again.
This place is a favorite of ours the jacuzzi rooms are very smartly designed for a good time and excellent cable channels. The only thing I would change is add music channels on TV. They are also very flexible with room stays fam let us fix problem in good faith love this hotel right by hot wings
